Judge me

This video was born from a project that went wrong.
It’s 2018, after filming an ad for his store, the client withdraws the offer. We have beautiful images and we don't want to waste the work done.

We need an idea.

We need to find a new purpose, to give new life to this material. The more I look at it the more I realise that there’s a general melancholy, a marked desire to scream, a repressed voice that wants to get out. What do these images want to tell me?
A friend of mine is in a particularly tricky relationship, many know but nobody wants to talk too much about it. I do a bit of research and I realise that violence against women many times begins as psychological violence and in the worst cases turns into physical or sexual assault. I find this narrated text online; it speaks of a toxic love, a dangerous love from which it seems almost impossible to get out.

We thus give life to a project, aimed at helping women in difficulty. We want to make a video to be distributed to associations that help women who are victims of violence or who live in risky situations. This is the result. A pilot video. A website that doesn't actually exist but I wish it existed. The project is not yet in place, but if it can be seen even by a few people and help, it is still its goal.
